Enila Hasani

Enila Hasani is the founder, main shareholder and top manager of the “HASANI & PARTNERS” ltd known as "LexLegal Albania".

Enila began her legal practice as a Legal expert at the Cabinet of General Director at Albanian Power Corporation (KESH sh.a.), her career was followed with important leadership positions in different institution in Albania, such as: Legal Counselor at Cabinet of Minister, at Ministry of Interior, Head of Decentralization Reform and Local Competences Department at Ministry of Interior, Head of Foreign Relations Department at Ministry of Interior etc. After gaining all the needed leadership skills and invaluable legal experience Enila returned to private practice, establishing “Hasani & PARTNERS” ltd.

Enila received her Law Degree from the University of Tirana in 2001. She is admitted to practice in Albania and since 2004 is a member of the Albanian Bar Association. During 2010-2011 she has finished her studies at “The Albanian School of Political Studies” at the Council of Europe and since 2012 is certified as a Mediator from the Ministry of Justice of Albania.

She is a qualified attorney who adopts a pragmatic, strategic and sensible approach to all her legal and litigation matters. In the alternative dispute resolution Enila has experience with mediation since she’s a member of Nation Chamber of Mediation in Albania, a lector in this institutions, representative of Albanian mediators in different international conferences and trainings. Enila understands the nuances of the law and litigation and uses her extensive skill and knowledge in this discipline to deliver strategic and shrewd advice with the aim of obtaining the best outcome for her clients and their matters.
