Elona Ademi
Elona Ademi is a Senior Attorney and administrator at Lexlegal Albania. She has graduated with a master Degree in Administration Law from the Europian University of Tirana. Member of Tirana Bar Association since 2013 with significant legal experience in the private and public sector in Albania.
Ms. Ademi has practiced law in Tirana for several years as a staff attorney with several prestigious law firms. During this period, she has been involved in various complex litigations in the civil, criminal, administrative and family matters.
She is familiar on real estate and corporate field because of her long period working in the field of creation, management and deregistration of companies, foundations, associations etc. by representing and compiling all the necessary documentation and performing all required procedures.
She has represented many clients in the field of contractual rights, family matters, child custody, adoptions and political asylum cases, property rights, employee compensation issues, and drafting of sales/purchase of various assets, contracts between public utility companies and customers, contracts between companies and employees, trade issues, joint ventures, administrative law etc.
