Fabiana Hasanaj

Fabiana Hasanaj is a Senior Attorney at LexLegal Albania. She is graduated from Faculty of Law at University of Tirana, and holds a degree in Master of Science in Criminal Law. Mrs. Hasanaj is a member of Tirana Bar Association and works as a lawyer, representing our clients at court regarding any legal matter. Prior to joining LexLegal Albania, Ms. Hasanaj had continuously supplemented her academic studies with field work.

She has had different professional experience in Albanian institutions such as “Directorate of NATO & EU Policies” in the Ministry of Defense of Albania, Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy etc.

In addition, Mrs. Hasanaj is a legal adviser based on projects for various organizations, she has provided technical assistance to private companies and independent agencies in Albania. She has been actively involved in several projects and activities with national and international organizations, especially on Erasmus Plus projects, within European Countries.

Mrs. Hasanaj as a qualified practicing attorney, during her work with private companies in Albania, she has gain invaluable commercial experience, assisting with various and wide ranging issues which include but not limited to, negotiations, amendment and drafting, assisting with contract claims, health and safety, employment law (from drafting employment contracts through to chairing disciplinary hearing and attending proceedings). Mrs. Hasanaj has worked as a legal expert in many National and International Project regarding different legal matters exp; Civic engagement for a functional judiciary system and access to justice in Albania, Youth Awareness based on the Juvenile Criminal Code.

Mrs. Hasanaj has extensive experience in construction law, commercial law, health and security law, labor and employment law, family law and property law matters etc. Mrs.Hasanaj experience includes, inter alia:
